*Want to go, but don't have a ride or you don't want to pay for parking?
There will be a fare-free transportation service between LRU and the Oktoberfest Main Stage area on Friday, October 12, from 7:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. The Western Piedmont Regional Transportation Authority (WPRTA) has agreed to make a loop between the LRU campus and the Oktoberfest Festival. Catch the bus at the corner next to St. Andrews Lutheran Church (across from the Library).

10:00 a.m.: Annual Homecoming Parade
Best viewing from Stasavich Place (in front of Shuford Gymnasium).
10:45 a.m.: Dedication of two statues given by Mr. Irwin Belk - Football & Swimming
Locations - corner of Stasavich Place and the entrance to Shuford Gymnasium pool.
11:15 a.m.: Sports Hall of Fame Ceremony
P.E. Monroe Auditorium
Open to the public at no charge and no reservation required.
11:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.: Alumni Association BBQ (Current Students with LRU ID are invited)
Moretz Stadium Practice Field (In the event of rain, this event will be in the Intramural Gym)
11:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.: Fourth Annual Corn Hole Tournament
